I’m passionate about health and wellness and together we can create a program that works for you.   I’m a certified personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise and have also completed my CrossFit Level 1, Mobility and CrossFit Kids Training.  

I believe in focusing on being healthy.  As your personal trainer, I will assist you in setting goals, improving your quality of life and gaining energy and confidence.  This includes nutritional guidance and support, focusing on eating real food and counting macros.  

The most rewarding part of my job is helping someone reach their goals and set new Personal Records (PR’s).  Whether you are just getting started or want to take your workout to the next level, I would love to help!

You WILL get results with me, if you work hard, dial in your nutrition and focus on what those ‘results’ are for you. I’ve seen it happen with multiple clients that I’ve worked with and there is nothing magic about common sense. So, what then, is so special about training with me? Well, the basis for what makes me unique is that I truly care about you getting those results and the only way that can happen is if you and I forge a relationship with trust, integrity and honesty about what we are working towards…A better YOU. Meet me there and we’ll climb a successful ladder of health together.

Specializing:  HIIT, Circuit, Crossfit, Bootcamp, Endurance and overall Functional Fitness.  If you like the results from hard work, then I’m your trainer!

 

CrossFit 45 North offers CrossFit Personal Training and CrossFit Personal Programming for clients.

Personal Programming Includes:

  • One month of chosen programming schedule
  • Program will be given to athlete the Sunday prior to each week
  • Once a month, up to 1 hour, “sit down” time with your coach
