Each team will be attempting to complete as much work as possible in 15 min. At the top of 16 min – the race is on to 225 calories.

Pounds (reps x weight), reps, calories and distance (every 100 meters is considered 1)

Weight can change aa often as teams want

If more team members than stations you get to rest.
