40 Mt. Climbers

Run 400M

30 Power Cleans (135/95)

30 Med ball sit ups (20/14)

20 Deadlifts (135/95)

20 Burpees

Run 200m

10 Shoulder to OH (135/95)

10 HSPU (modify w/seated DB Press)

Partners must complete all runs together.
