Run 1 mile

Row 1 mile

Then, 3 rounds of the following:

50 x Air Squat

40 x Sit Ups

30 x Push Ups

20 x Pull Ups

Run 1 mile

Row 1 mile

If solo: run and row = 800m (you only have to do one of these movements at the beginning and end). Reps are 40, 30, 20, 10.
