CrossFit 45 North does a program of general physical preparedness based on the ten principles of fitness: stamina, balance, agility, power, strength, flexibility, endurance, accuracy, speed and coordination.

CrossFit is a workout that combines weight lifting, mobility/gymnastics, and cardiovascular/endurance. In time, frequent CrossFit workouts will improve overall fitness. It is a workout that can be scaled in both weight load as well as intensity, which makes each workout available to any person who is willing to give it a try.
